Ansam Owners' Committee

Version 2026-11-04-3

Privacy notice

This notice explains what the Ansam Owners' Committee does with the details you give us when you register or send us a message, and what you can ask us to do with them.

Who we are

The Ansam Owners' Committee (“the Committee”) is a group of owners in the Ansam Project, Buildings 01–04, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The Committee decides how your details are used. You can contact us at yasansamoc@gmail.com.

What we collect

To stop automated spam, the form uses a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). It looks at technical information from your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots. We do not store that information.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to send owners and tenants updates about the Committee's work, as part of its effort to improve transparency in the Ansam Project, and to check that each registration comes from an owner or tenant of the apartment. We do not use them for anything else, we do not use them for marketing and we never sell them.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who can see your details

Only members of the Committee. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their own email address, and only the addresses on the Committee's list can sign in.

We do not share your details with the management company, the developer or anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

The form and the database are run on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider. Cloudflare stores the data for us and may not use it for its own purposes.

Where your details are stored

Your details are stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union: Cloudflare keeps and processes this database only inside the EU. On the way there, your details pass, encrypted, through the Cloudflare data centre nearest to you, which may be in the UAE.

How we protect your details

Your details travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in an encrypted database. Every time a Committee member opens, verifies, deletes or downloads the list, or opens, marks or deletes messages, we record who did it and when.

How long we keep them

We keep your details only while we need them to send owners and tenants updates. We delete them when you ask us to, when you tell us you no longer own or rent the apartment, or when the Committee no longer needs them. We review the list at least once a year.

Messages sent with the contact form

When you send us a message with the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, the topic you choose, your building and unit if you give them, your message, and when you sent it. The form uses the same security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) as the registration form; we do not store your IP address.

We use these details only to read and answer your message. It is stored in the same Cloudflare database in the European Union, where only Committee members can see it, and a copy is emailed to the Committee's inbox, yasansamoc@gmail.com, a Gmail account provided by Google, the same as if you had emailed us. We reply from that address.

We keep your message, in our database and in the Committee's inbox, only while the Committee needs it to deal with your request or to keep a record of it. We review stored messages at least once a year, and we delete yours, including the emailed copy, whenever you ask us to.

You send us these details yourself so that we can answer you; we do not use them for anything else. Sending a message does not register you for updates.

Your choices

At any time you can email yasansamoc@gmail.com, or use the contact form, to:

We will act on your request as soon as we can, and within 30 days. Withdrawing your consent does not affect updates we sent before you withdrew it.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with a new version number. If we ever want to use your details for a different purpose, we will ask for your consent again first.
